Applications for alteration and addition to or demolition of buildings (all structures or part thereof) over 60 years of age can continue to be submitted via e-mail and SAHRIS during the break – to be responded to once the staff return.
Hard copy applications can be submitted to the front desk at:

until 22 December 2016 and from 3 January 2017.
(The Amafa office will be closed between Christmas and New Year).
Staff will endeavour to process all applications submitted before 31 October 2016 prior to going on leave. However, work continues to be hampered by interruptions due to phone calls and e-mails, so processing of all applications submitted cannot be guaranteed.
Please advise all clients that applications submitted after 31 October 2016 may only be processed at the end of January or in February 2017.
